Alan & Lori Jones

Alan is the leader for Armor-Bearer Men’s Ministry and believes that “the power of God impacts the world, through the hearts and hands of men.”

He has been actively involved in many areas of church ministry for the past 30 years including 10 years as a Youth Pastor, Senior Board Member for 15 years, Couples Ministry for six years, Sunday School Instructor for 10 years, and has been involved in Men’s Ministry for over 15 years. Alan has also served as a Point-Man and regional speaker for Promise Keepers. 

His business background includes Director of Educational Services for a national technology consulting company, a national speaker at training and development conferences, owner of Training with Integrity – a corporate coaching and training organization, and is currently the owner of The VA Jones Group, a full-service insurance agency. 

Alan has been married for over 30+ years to the love of his life, Lori, has four wonderful children and three fabulous grandchildren.

Lori Jones is the Church Administrator for FCOP and has been working in church ministry for over 25 years.  Her and her husband Alan served as Youth Pastors for ten years, started the "Circle of Two" couples ministry, worked in children's ministry and has been involved in a leadership position in women's ministry for over 20 years. She currently serves on the leadership team for Legacy Women's Ministry and enjoys teaching and mentoring women. 

Lori and Alan live in Rowlett and have four beautiful children, three fabulous grandchildren and two hyper Boxers. Besides hanging out with Alan and loving on her grandchildren she loves horse back riding, reading, Bible studies, working out, and gardening.
